There is a short grey trail around Pasečná. This is the shortest and most relaxing hike. The trail passes through the village of Pasečná and continues through meadows and forests on the Czech side of the border. After Pasečná, follow the route between the pastures, taking in the views of Vítkův Castle. As you make your way towards Hnědý vrch, you will pass feeding troughs and hunting blinds, cross the Mezilesí meadow crossroads, and reach the top of Mezilesí. You can see the Dachstein Alps from this vantage point on a clear day. Please note that the only safe way to pass through the abandoned village of Mutterberg is on the marked paths, as there are unmarked cellars and wells.
