School trips and sports camps
Our family resort is located in the midst of unspoiled nature not far from Lipno nad Vltavou, very close to the Austrian border. On the enclosed grounds, you will find a guesthouse with a restaurant, a separate common room outside the guesthouse building, and a volleyball court. Everything is surrounded by unspoiled nature, pastures, and forests. Thanks to its location and design, it is an ideal place for school trips, adaptation courses, and skiing, cycling, and water sports courses. The resort is located on a large, fenced property with the possibility of moving freely on the lawn, including the use of the volleyball court. In the summer months, there is the possibility of barbecuing and sitting by the fire. A separate building with a common room, fireplace, and seating area is available for social purposes. In addition to walks in the forest and sports games on the grounds, hiking and cycling are available from spring to fall (the resort is located at the intersection of two bike paths and a yellow-marked hiking trail), as well as a variety of water sports in the nearby Lipno Reservoir or on the Vltava River. In winter, you can go skiing and cross-country skiing in the nearby ski resorts of Lipno nad Vltavou or Sternstein and Hochficht in Austria. During the cold months, you can go ice skating and cross-country skiing on the well-maintained Lipno reservoir.
Schools in nature
There are 22 rooms with a capacity of 76 beds, including extra beds. The simple and practical 2- to 4-bed rooms have their own bathroom, a TV, and some also have a seating area and a refrigerator.
The grounds also include a separate room for storing bicycles and sports equipment, as well as basement rooms for storing skis and ski boots. The building has a table tennis table and a pool table, a room with board games, and a library. We offer you the opportunity to use the sauna.
Half-board and full-board options are available in the restaurant, which can also be used as a classroom during your stay. The menu is tailored to the age and needs of the children, including the option of preparing packed lunches for excursions.
During ski lessons, lunch can be arranged directly in the ski resorts in the Czech Republic and Austria.
Sports camps
Our resort is located near Lipno nad Vltavou and close to the Austrian border. Thanks to its location and design, it is an ideal place for sports holidays, especially for cyclists, runners, skiers, and water sports enthusiasts.
An extensive network of marked cycle paths through the Bohemian Forest countryside and a rich tourist infrastructure delight all types of cyclists. Mountain bikers will appreciate the diversity and hilly landscape, while road cyclists will appreciate the quality of the paths and the low traffic.
The Pasečná resort is located directly on the bike trail (intersection of routes No. 1033 and 1019 and the yellow hiking trail), which is connected to other routes in Lipno, Austria, and the Bohemian Forest. The minimal traffic on this high-quality narrow road in the middle of the woods is also ideal for training on roller skis. The combination of hills, hiking trails, and deep forests is ideal for runners and hiking groups.
In winter, you can ski in the nearby ski resorts of Lipno nad Vltavou, Sternstein, and Hochficht (FIS slope), while the Schöneben cross-country skiing area offers trails connected to the Šumava Magistrale. In the cold months, you can ice skate and cross-country ski on the well-maintained Lipno reservoir.
Near the resort are also the Sankt Stefan-Afiesl panoramic cross-country ski trail and the cross-country ski trails of the Aviva Hotel, which we plan to connect to in the near future. In summer, the Lipno region is an ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts.
The reservoir offers opportunities for rowing, sailing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding. The Vltava River is ideal for kayaking and canoeing.
Family and friends
An important birthday or perhaps a class reunion? We take care of the accommodation (capacity for up to 76 people) and catering. You can either sit in our restaurant (depending on the number of guests, either a separate salon will be available to you or we will reserve the entire restaurant for you) or in a cozy common room with a fireplace, located in a separate building, so you can enjoy maximum privacy without restrictions. We are also happy to take care of the decorations and the supporting program.
