Teambuilding in the heart of Sumava
Our family resort, situated in the heart of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, is an ideal venue for corporate team-building, training, seminars, and company events. The area boasts an exceptional location, unique nature, a wide range of sports activities, excellent dining options, and the necessary conditions for work. Complete facilities
We offer accommodation and conference room rental with 25-40 seats for your corporate events. Our services include a high-quality internet connection, a Smart TV, and a flip chart, which are available for your convenience. A project office with technical equipment, including a copier, scanner, printer, and LCD monitors, is also available. There is a PlayStation 5 game console available for your entertainment. We offer the entire guesthouse for rent, with a capacity of 90 beds across 26 rooms. The guesthouse includes a restaurant, adjacent grounds, and a separate lounge for evening entertainment. All guest rooms, ranging from 2 to 4 beds, are equipped with private bathrooms, a TV, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and Wi-Fi access. Superior rooms are also equipped with a sofa and a balcony.
Customised team events
In collaboration with teambuilding agencies and partners in the area, we are able to arrange a wide range of activities in the popular Lipno region, including yachting, rafting on the Vltava River, dragon boats, rope parks and observation towers. You can combine your organised programme with a stay at the complex, where you will find an outdoor volleyball court, a fireplace, and a clubroom with a fireplace. The building also contains a table tennis table, a pool table, and a Finnish sauna.

Experiential events, customized catering
Excellent food and a great programme for your team! We can provide bespoke catering and offer the option of all-day dining in a restaurant that can be reserved exclusively for your company. Experiential events such as pig slaughtering, piglet roasting, open fire cooking, smoking, wine tasting, barbecues, tasting evenings and more are possible. If you wish, we can organise a cultural programme (DJ, live music). Our restaurant is listed in Lukáš Hejlík’s Gastromapa.
For your corporate events we offer accommodation and rental of two conference rooms with a capacity of up to 40 seats. You have a high quality internet connection, Smart TV, flipchart.
There is a project office with technical equipment (copier, scanner, printer, LCD monitors). Inside, you can relax with a PlayStation 5 game console.
We will rent you the entire guesthouse with a capacity of 76 beds and 22 rooms including the restaurant and the adjacent area.
All of our 2-4 bed rooms have a bathroom, TV, fridge, coffee machine and wifi connection. The superior rooms have a sofa and balcony.
